纖維標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解離器是用濕法解離紙漿的理想設(shè)備，適用于大、中、小型造紙廠、紙漿廠及科研單位、質(zhì)量測(cè)試中心實(shí)驗(yàn)室紙漿解離及提取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)紙漿試樣用，是研究改進(jìn)及提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的優(yōu)選設(shè)備。
該設(shè)備主要由槽體、葉輪轉(zhuǎn)子、加熱器、溫度控制裝置、變頻調(diào)速裝置、機(jī)架等組成，主體材質(zhì)由耐腐蝕不銹鋼材質(zhì)制作。
紙漿在高濃并加熱的條件下加入脫墨劑等化學(xué)藥品。葉輪轉(zhuǎn)子在槽體內(nèi)旋轉(zhuǎn)，帶動(dòng)紙漿在槽體內(nèi)作回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，槽體中有一擋板對(duì)漿流的回轉(zhuǎn)有一定的阻礙作用，使?jié){流形成既回轉(zhuǎn)又上下翻滾的湍流循環(huán)，充分發(fā)揮機(jī)械摩擦、揉搓和化學(xué)助劑的綜合作用，使紙漿纖維充分疏解，纖維表面的油墨離子及雜質(zhì)被剝落下來(lái)，與纖維相分離。
